This Horton diaper cake is a cool idea, and all she did was make clovers out of Styrofoam balls and stuck them to wooden dowels (which she painted green and white) She bought a picture frame with the words "a person's a person, no matter how small" (how cute!) - inside of it she put an ultra sound photo.

This invitation was done on photoshop - take a few awesome Dr Seuss pictures off of a royalty free site and you could easily create something similar.
